    Develop a holistic marketing and business plan for the branches of the Roberto Clemente Family Estate (Legacy Brand, Foundation) to increase awareness and engagement for each entity while also strengthening the Roberto Clemente global brand.

    THE SOLUTION

    This project made us dive deeper into Roberto Clemente's life and Legacy. Considered one of the most iconic figures of the 20th Century, our primary objective was to preserve Clemente's Legacy for future generations. As a result, we developed a strategic business plan that aims to reach younger generations by tapping into nostalgia marketing and using storytelling as its main tactic. Our deliverables include a brand book, public relations strategy, marketing, and revenue generation.

    As an extension of the Clemente Legacy platform that we built, we optimized the Roberto Clemente Foundation to align both branches with defined business goals and missions.
